Serving Suggestions:

Our Pies refrigerate extremely well and have a shelf life of up to 5 days. Many of our sweet pies even freeze well! Just double wrap the pie in cling wrap then foil and pop it in the freezer. When you're ready to serve a pie that has been cooled, leave the pie out to naturally come back to room temperature then pop it in a 350 degree oven. For Sweet Pies and Quiche, we recommend reheating for 8-15 minutes depending on the pie (shorter for chess pies) and for Savory Pies reheat for about 18-20 minutes. Serve up a hot slice of sweet with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and add an awesome salad to a savory or quiche. Our pies are 10inch extra deep and many weigh in at about 5lbs and on average provide 8 servings.

Every pie is made from scratch and we use the freshest of local ingredients. Every single crust is hand rolled, every single apple is peeled and cored. It's a labor of love and because of that, we know you will love it too.

*NOTE our pies contain soy and we do not recommend for folks with serious nut allergies.
