“Baltimore’s “The Glenmont Popes” front-man, Rodney Henry, loves very few things as much as he loves his Gretsch guitar. But like any good ol boy, Rodney’s grandma is surely one of those things. Rodney grew up spending summers with Grandma Henry inPike Township, Marion County, Indiana where she schooled him on being a mean baker. While on the road with The Glenmont Popes, Rodney slung slices and hocked pies at his merch table, in show parking lots, and even traded pie for lodging so his band could tour; And thus, Pie and Rock n Roll was born.

When Rodney Henry realized that Rock n Roll wasn’t payin the bills and needed to find a way to support his bad rockabilly habit, he turned to his second love and created Dangerously Delicious Pies™.

After over 10 years, with two locations under his belt buckle, one in Baltimore Maryland, and one in Washington D.C., and enough culinary cred to make Martha Stewart blush, Rodney “The Pie Man” Henry is still spreadin the word of Pie & Rock n’ Roll, fast pickin his way from town to town slingin those pies. Get Pie Style y’all.”

We Make Bad Ass Pies

All pies are made from scratch with no additives and/or preservatives. Only the freshest of ingredients are used which is why certain pies may only be available during certain seasons. Each and every pie is made by hand with love. There’s nothing frozen, generic, or massed produced about what we do and we take pride in that. Customers are paying for a quality product and a quality experience therefore if any customer is not satisfied it will become our undying duty to get it just right. We truly do aim to please, we truly do love our pie and it is our greatest responsibility to make sure everyone else does too. All comments (good and bad), and suggestions are encouraged!

***We are actual people hand crafting each and every pie, peeling and coring each and every apple by hand. Out of over 50 pies we have on our menu we rotate between 15-25 varieties per day depending on what is in season and what is in high demand. There will be days that we are not featuring a particular pie OR a variety may sell out from time to time. If there is a particular pie you need on a specific day please call in or e-mail your order 24hrs in advance and we will do our darndest to cater to all your pie needs***
